Consulting Services] The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) intends to award a sole source, fixed price, purchase order under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation Part Thirteen (13), Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to the Corporate Executive Board - Virginia Headquarters (CEB.) This order, on behalf of the DOJ's [Justice Management Division] Real Property Management Services Staff, shall be for a one year membership in CEB's Real Estate Executive Board. By the nature of this requirement, CEB is the only source available. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. Note: Any firm(s) that believe(s) they have the capabilities to meet this requirement described above may submit a response; which, if received by the established response date as shown, will be considered.
