- The Directorate of Contracting, Ft. Bliss, TX intends to award a sole source purchase order for 300 each of Financial Peace University Kits, and 3 military leadership kits to Financial Peace University 1749 Mallory Lane, Ste 100, Brentwood, TN 37027. The Military Leadership Kits include: one Financial Peace Member kit, one set of DVDs containing 13 video lessons for facilitating the course, one coordinators Guide for facilitating a Financial Peace Seminar series, Financial Peace University audio CDs, Financial Peace University work books, 300 books, Titled: Total Money Makeover, authored by Dave Ramsey. The Military Leadership kits provide the resources for training individuals on the Financial Peace University program. The proposed acquisition will result in a firm fixed price contract. The delivery location is: 51 AD, Ft. Bliss, TX 79916 and the proposed terms are FOB destination. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for quotations. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether the government will conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed acquisition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. All qualified sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by the agency.
