- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center, Columbia SC intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302.1, with GE Medical Systems for Digital Echocardiography System (ECHO)for Cardiology Columbia, SC. This notice of intent is not a REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties may identify their experience in providing above equipment to the contracting Officer via e-mail or fax 334-395-4042. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
