- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Bragg intends to issue a solicitation for Personal Security Detail training for soldiers stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The training will include Threat Awareness, Treat Profiles, Tactical Driving (hands on), Off-Road Driving, Weapons Training (M4, M9, AK47, all conducted live) IED Recognition and Inspection, Vehicle Roll Over Simulator and several Full Tactical Secnarios conducted within a five day strict training schedule. The Contractor is responsible for providing all meals, 6 nights of lodging, all weapons, live & training ammunition, training vehicles, and all labor, material and equipment necessary for training. The contract type will be a firm fixed price contract, training is needed 2 February 2009 through 9 February 2009. NAICS code is 611699. The solicitation can be viewed at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ or www.fbo.gov/ on or about 15 January 2009 under solicitation number W91247-09-T-0062. Once the solicitation is posted, it is the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Offerors received in response to the solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price conforming to the requirements of the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by this agency.
