- This is a presolicitation notice to repair and maintain security alarm system, (ICIDS III) at Pope Air Force Base, North Carolina. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. This project includes providing all labor, materials, equipment and transportation necesary to perform all operations to perform the services described herein. The following equipment is installed but not limited to the following equipment: ACB/Stargate III Board, A-2K/BMS with built in FFP, Linear Duress Switch FFP, Dynalock Duress Switch, Passive Inferred Sensoro FFP. The proposed contract would consist of a Base year with three options. Base year (01 Apr 09 - 30 Sep 09). The NAICS code is 561621, with a small business size standard of $12 million dollars. All prospective offerors must registered in the CCR to be eligible for award. The Ombudsman clause AFFARS 5352.201-9101 applies to this notice. Point of Contact is Mr. Michael R.
