- The Amarillo Va Healthcare System on behalf of VISN 18 in the Department of Veterans Affairs is negoiating and awarding a sole source contract to a firm "Opnet", for M&R on their equipment. Opnet is the sole provider of maintenance services for the Opnet branded family of software products in the United States. Maintenance for this solfware must be purchased directly from Opnet Technologies. There are no agents or dealers authorized by this vendor to provide services within the U.S.
