- The Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Housing Division has a requirement for the maintenance and repair at Heritage Village Family Housing (HFH), Raeford, North Carolina. The contractor shall furnish all management, planning, programming, administration, labor, parts, materials, and equipment necessary to insure the facilities at Heritage Village are safe, neat, clean, and habitable. The requirement to continue the repairs and maintenance on 249 housing units, one community center, and one service center, is an integral part of Fort Braggs mission for providing the soldiers and their families adequate living accommodations. Issuance of Request For Proposal (RFP) will occur on or around 30 January 2009.
