- This is a notice to purchase runway rubber removal and air field marking services for Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan. The applicable NAICS Code is 488119. Tentative date solicitation will be uploaded to www.EPS.gov is 5 January 2009. Any interested party must download the solicitation from https://www.fbo.gov. Copies of the solicitation are not available for mailing. The government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation. No split awards will be made. All prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry prior to award with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at www.ccr.gov.
