- Solicitation number, SPM4A6-09-R-0209, IQC08323009019, Stock Number, 5365-01-016-0443, Ring, Seal. Solicitation is Unrestricted other than Full and Open Competition, Critical Item Application. Surge and Sustainment is not required for the NSN. Not Critical Safety Item and Non-Commercial. Approved sources of supply: General Motors Corporation, Cage 24617, Part Number: 5198936 and MTU Corporation, Cage 72582, Part Number: 5198936.Solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus for (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year is 9612 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year thereafter is 2403 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year thereafter is 9612 each. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Requested delivery is 30 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies.
