- This solicitation is for the services preformed for the operation, and maintenance of Defense Fuel Supply Point (DFSP) Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. This contract is anticipated to be four years in length with a four year option period. All responsible sources may submit an offer by February 13, 2009 @ 3:00 PM EST, to be considered. The solicitation shall be posted to the DESC website on or around December 17, 2008. A preproposal conference will be held at the DFSP Guantanamo Bay, Cuba on February 1, 2009 and February 2, 2009. Due to limited space we will only be allowed to authorize one attendee from each interested party. Attendees who plan on attending the preproposal conference will need to get area clearance by contacting: Mashell Desaulniers desaulniersmc@usnbgtmo.navy.mil Tel.# - 011-5399-4078 Request for area clearance must be recieved by Januaray 12, 2009 @ 3:00 EST.
