- This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov, the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition website located at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/synopcom.htm. FBO is the primary point of entry to be used when access to synopses and solicitations from the World Wide Web is required. However, the NECO webpage as well as the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition webpage serve as alternatives if the FBO website is unavailable. The Government intends to award a fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract to First RF Corporation 4865 Sterling Drive, Suite 100, Boulder, CO, for a maximum of 2500 each FRF-105D Antennas and a maximum of 2500 each FRF-115 on a Brand Name only basis. This procurement will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The spare antennas being procured under this action are an integral and qualified part of a system for which the government does not own the required Level III drawing rights to solicit on the basis of full and open competition. Alpha contracting procedures will be utilized and a formal solicitation will not be issued. It is anticipated that delivery terms will be FOB destination, NSWC Crane, Crane IN. Delivery is required to begin within 90 days from receipt of order with final delivery within 180 days of order issuance. All responsible sources may inquire into the specific terms and conditions included in the contract and may submit a capability statement or proposal which will be considered by this agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The POC is Ms. Diane L.
