- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), Panama City, Florida is soliciting competitive quotations from qualified small businesses for the following items: twenty (20) manifold blocks, twenty (20) gauge spacers, ten (10) PASP mounting brackets, twenty (20) hose nut fit mounts, ten (10) PASP case assemblies, twenty-five (25) RASP U-braces, 150 mounting spacers, ten (10) regulator brackets, ten (10) manifold gaskets, ten (10) PASP mount rubber, ten (10) stiffeners, ten (10) PASP U-braces, ten (10) hose mount brackets, twenty-five (25) RASP mount brackets, twenty-five (25) RASP mount rubber, twenty-five (25) RASP cases, and sixty (60) RASP/PASP case spacers which are to be manufactured in accordance with the appropriate drawings. Drawings are available electronically and must be requested from the buyer by e-mail. Drawings are limited to DOD and DOD Contractors. The required delivery date will be 7 weeks after contract award. Delivery shall be! FOB Destination to NSWC PCD, 110 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407. This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 333912, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The closing date to submit quotes is 27 January 2009. The Department of Defense will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database.
