- Description
- The General Services Administration seeks to lease warehouse and related support space consisting of approximately 12,244 rentable square feet in Dallas, TX. The space should yield a minimum of 9,777 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Space will house the Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection, International Mail Processing Center. The proposed lease is for one (1) year. This lease must be fully serviced. A minimum of one (1) assigned parking space should be available on-site for government vehicles. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport grounds. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information: Building name/address, location of space within the building and when it will be available; ANSI/BOMA defined office area/usable and rentable square feet offered; authorized contact information; written evidence of authorization to represent the building ownership.
