- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation numberVA786-09-RP-0081 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to furnish reverse inscription service to Government provided headstones/markers for (R2) Reverse Inscription and On-Site inscription (U1) of Upright Marble Headstones for Alabama National Cemetery, 3133 Highway 119, Montevallo, Al 35115 from Date of Award through September 30, 2009 (base period) with up to four (4) 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2013. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business (SB). The NAICS Code is 327991. Size standard of 500 employees is applicable. The contractor shall be required to complete the inscription work order within ten (10) calendar days from the date the order was sent by Contracting Officer. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical, 3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about January 8,2009. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., January 22, 2009. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
