- Corpus Christi Army Depot Contracting Office intends to award a firm, fixed price contract to purchase/refurbish special tooling and plating fixtures on an as needed basis in an effort to maintain the existing fixtures currently in place at the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi TX. Negotiations to be conducted solely with Advanced Tooling Corporation under the authority of 10 USC 2304(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1 due to data and patents owned by Advanced Tooling Corporation. There are no equals. Request for Quote (RFQ) number W912NW-09-T-0017 will be issued on or about 9 Jan 2009. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This solicitation is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
