- The US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) has a requirement to host the Caribbean Port Security and Safety Working Group, in San Juan, Puerto Rico on 20 January 2009 through 23 January 2009. The requirement includes Conference Facilities, Equipment, Meals, and Lodging for approximately 20 participants. Interested offerors must meet all Requirements included in the Performance Work Statement and Solicitation. The complete Solicitation with Performance Work Statement will be released on or about 29 December 2008. Offerors should refer to the solicitation for details regarding this requirement. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities site at https://www.fbo.gov/. All responsible offers received prior to the closing date and time will be considered. Interested sources are responsible for downloading the solicitation and any future amendments from the website.
