- NAICS Code: 541511 NOTICE OF INTENT SYNOPSIS: The United States Environmental Protection Agency?s Office of Administration and Resources Management (OARM), Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) intends to award a sole source purchase order to GENIUS INSIDE Software Inc. pursuant to FAR6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541511. Genius Inside will provide standard licenses for 100 users of its Project4Domino (P4D) Express software, and maintenance. Genius Inside is the sole manufacturer and seller of this product. This software will be used in support of the EPA Acquisition System. It is in the Government's best interests to enter into a sole source agreement to obtain the services and product from Genius Inside Software Inc. The Order is to be administered for one year from the date of award. This is sole source procurement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304?(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources that feel they should be considered qualified to provide the foregoing product may submit a response to this notice within 10 days of synopsis publication to Ms. Sini Jacob at jacob.sini@epa.gov. Information furnished shall include enough detailed documentation to allow the government to perform a proper evaluation. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
