- Solicitation documents are not available. This proposed contract action is for procurement of a 3-month extension of existing contract FA8601-04-D-0005 for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. The proposed source is Wyle Laboratories of Dayton, OH. THis notice is not a request for competitive quotations; however all quotations recieved by 12/31/08 0700 will be considered by the government. Information recieved will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
