- The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) which will solicit proposals to provide logistical support for conference and meeting planning/management services including preparation, conduct and follow-up of objective review meetings as well as diagnostic site visits. This will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinte Quantity (IDIQ) performance-based task order contract with multiple awards to support the entire Agency. Task orders will be awarded on a cost plus award fee basis and require some or all of the following servcies (1) develop conference plans and policies; (2) develop conference/meeting technical materials; (3) manage conference logistics; (4) manage conference communications; (5) staffing and planning diagnostic site visits; and (6) providing technical assistance. The anticipated period of performance is a 12 month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods (total 60 months). This is a new requirement and is a 100% HUBZone SET ASIDE. Offerors from concerns other than small businesses will not be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561920 "Convention and Trade Show Organizers" and the small business size in dollars is 6.5M. The soliciation document will be available at ww.fbo.gov under the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Health Resoures and Services Administration (HRSA), Division of Procurement Management (DPM),. The soliciation (09-HRSA Logistics-CT) will be posted on or about December 5, 2008 with a projected closing date on or about January 8, 2009.
