- The Naval Air Warfare Center, WeaponsDivision, Pt. Mugu, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis, the following item: Solid State Amplifiers P/N 2004LLFABXLXX and P/N 2018LLFABXLXX, Qty: 1 EA. This requirement is SOLE SOURCED to: Empower RF Systems, Inc. 316 W. Florence Ave., Inglewood, CA 90301-1104 as the only source that can produce this part which is interchangeable with equipment currently installed in existing weapons systems. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the material without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
