- NAICS Code: 721110 1. A revised SOW has been posted to the EPA website. 2. Offers will be accepted from vendors within 20 miles of 1200 Pennsylvania Ave, NW Washington, DC 20004. The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Human Resources in Washington, DC intends to award a fixed-price purchase order for the services required under the SOW for the SES National Training which can be accessed at EPA's website (http://www.epa.gov/oamhpod1/adm_placement/sapcbd/ses.htm). The Period of Performance for this requirement will be from September 8-10, 2009. Offers will only be accepted from vendors within 20 miles of 1200 Pennsylvania Ave, NW Washington, DC 20004.
