- The U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM) Contracting Center, Natick Contracting Division, Natick, MA, intends to competitively acquire Opener, Can, Hand, NSN: 7330-01-245-0201, Commercial Item Description (CID) A-A-52202B, Quantity of 8,000 each with five (5) optional quantities of 1,600 each. The Government anticipates a single award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332999 with a size standard of 500 employees. This procurement will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Request for Proposal (RFP), Technical Data Package, Packaging and Marking requirements and other pertinent documents will be available on the Natick Contracting Division website ON OR ABOUT January 14, 2009 at https://www3.natick.army.mil under Business Opportunities/Current Acquisitions/W58P05-09-R-0019. Firms will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with proposal quote. The closing time and date for the RFP responses will be 30 days after release of the quotation.
