- The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) seeks to assess the efficacy of the USPTO’s existing patent quality management program and to explore optimal alternatives to evaluating, measuring, and communicating the success of its paten quality management program. The Contractor shall possess demonstrated experience in analyzing and evaluating quality measurement systems and methodologies and developing quality management programs of similar size and scope within the federal government, private, or other public business environments.
