- Commercial Item, Buttons for use in manufacturing military garments for sale to the Defense Logistics Agency (DSCP). A 1 year contract with 2 Option Years ia anticipated (ID/IQ type Firm Fixed price with an EPA clause). This is an UNRESTRICTED acquisition. Finished goods will be manufactured at 9 various FPI facilities. Delivery terms are FOB Destination. Please see the solicitation documents for complete details and submission requirements. The Solicitation will be posted on this FedBizOpps website on or about 01/05/2009. RFP due date is 01/28/2009 2 pm ET. NOTE: THIS IS A DOMESTIC U.S.A. ONLY ACQUISITION.
