- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, N00259-09-T-0053 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is unrestricted and the order will be firm fixed price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 339112;500 Employees. All responsible businesses may submit a quote that shall be considered by the agency. All quotations should be directed to Keisha C.
