- THIS IS THE PRESOLICITATION NOTICE FOR HSCG83-09-Q-3WQ129 Provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required to Replace Pier/Parking Lighting @ USCG Diligence Mooring, Wilmington, NC. Major work includes removing 4 pier parking lot area light poles, lights, foundations and associated conduit/wiring. Provide and install 4 new pier parking lot area light poles, lights (two light fixtures per pole), foundations and associated conduit/wiring. New light poles to be 5” square steel, 30’ high. New lights to be 400W, 277V, metal halide. Remove 2 480V, 400 ampere, 3 phase electrical shoreties and associated enclosure. Replace with 2 new 480V, 400 ampere, 3 phase shoreties with a new stainless steel NEMA 4X, watertight enclosure. Shoretie replacement shall be completed and back in service within one 8 hour workday. Remove and replace all existing shrubbery in the entire area of conduit replacement, along railing. The number of impacted shrubs is approximately 75. The existing shrubs are approximately 4’ high. Coordinate exact replacement type with the Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative. Prepare and paint the railing along side of shrubbery. Provide temporary portable night time security lighting during construction. All work is to be completed when the USCGD Diligence and crew are in port. Work associated with these items is described in the following specification sections and or are shown on the contract drawings. Incidental work items not listed above and necessary for completing the project shall be included. Period of Performance is 120 DANTP. This procurement is estimated between $25k and $100k. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 238210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $14.0M.
