- NSN: 6695-01-342-2983, Transducer, Motional. The approved source is Esterline Mason Electric Company, Cage 81579, part number 896-4126. The solicitation terms are FOB Destination and Inspection/Acceptance is Destination. Quantity Variance is zero. DSCR does not have an approved bidset or technical data package available for this NSN. The Quality Assurance Provision is FCA. Required delivery is 103 days ARO. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quality Contract with a base year and four (4) option years. The NSN will be issued unrestricted utilizing other than full and open competition procedures. The weapons system is a critical application item. NSN is a non-commercial item. Pricing will be evaluated on the best valued price for the Estimated Annual Demand Quantity of 144 items. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, automated best value system score, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
