- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Decatur, GA intends to negotiate a sole source procurment under the authority of FAR 6.302.1, with Infolab to provide Protime Supplies which consist of Pro5-25 Protime Cuvettes, DCPro-A Abnormal Control and DCPro-Normal Control. Supplies are required to support PT/INR testing at the Decatur VA Medical Center.This notice of intent is not a REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties may identify their experience in providing these supplies to the Contracting Officer via e-mail or fax 334-395-4042. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
