- Solicitation number, SPM4A6-09-R-0205, IQC08353009019, 5365-01-348-7037, Bushing Blank (Rubber armor). Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open competition. Non-Commercial and is not Critical Safety Item. Approved source of supply is Pioneer and CO; Cage 8W201, Part Number: 0544-0600.009. Surge and Sustainment is not required for the NSN. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus for (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 516 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year is 129 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for the base year is 516 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for each option year is 129 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for each option year is 516 each. The maximum annual contract quantity is 1032 each. The Requested delivery is 60 days ARO. 5Automated Best Value System applies.
