- This requirement is for NSN 6150-01-272-4997, Wiring Harness which is identified by Basic Drawing NR 80063 TRAIRCRAFT01 dtd 02/16/07. RFP will cover requirements for Firm Fixed Price Contract for a quantity of 84 ea. The RFP will contain an Option for Increased Quantity. First Article Testing (FAT) is required. Sample Size is 4 each. FAT delivery schedule is as follows: FAT Test Plan 6O days ARO; FAT Test Report 240 days after receipt of test plan; Government Review 30 days; Production delivery of 275 days after approval of FAT Test Report. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. DLA Direct requirement. RFP will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
