- The Treasure Island Job Corps is a federally funded Vocational & Educational Training Program for youth between the ages of 16 and 24. The program operates year round by ResCare for the United States Department of Labor. The Treasure Island Job Corps has approximately 600 residential and non-residential trainees. Treasure Island Job Corps Center is soliciting bids for equipment, service calls, repair, maintenance, replacement of dispensing products and all supplies to dispense soft drink and juice products including milk/coffee/iced tea/hot chocolate to a high volume student cafeteria dining area located at Treasure Island, San Francisco. The successful bidder will provide this service for a period of 2 years and option to extend for another 3 years, renewable every year. This option is at the Center's discretion to exercise. All interested parties will submit a pricing program and proposal with a written response to Marizen Tomas,.Purchasing Supervisor via email tomas.marizen@jobscorps.org) or by fax, 415-705-1839, or by USPS or other acceptable delivery methods, by the close of business day, 1/09//2008. The successful bidder must comply with all Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses and be compliant under all related federal statutory requirements and regulations. A mandatory jobwalk is scheduled on January 5, 2009 at 1:30 pm. Interested parties may confirm attendance via email Treasure Island Job Corps Center reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any or all informalities.
