- Unrestricted acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered for this five-year Indefinite Quantity Contract (one base year and four one-year options). Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Acquisition method: 3B. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described section M of the solicitation. NSN 5905-01-357-7000. Quantity ranges will be determined at the time of the solicitation. Item Description: CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM. RESISTOR,VARIABLE,NON WIRE WOUND,PRECISION. NO ADDITIONAL DESCRIPTIVE DATA AVAILABLE. Estimated delivery requirement is 170 days ADO. Unit of Issue: Each. The FOB point is DESTINATION. Inspection and Acceptance points are ORIGIN.
