- This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Bureau of Indian Affairs, will award a purchase order to a Native-American/Alaska Native firm, specifically authorized to resell ExaGrid data storage systems, and storage system maintenance, in accordance with the Buy Indian Act. Vendor must be an authorized ExaGrid channel partner as of December 24, 2008, and possess all certifications required by ExaGrid, to support both product sale and product pricing. Vendor shall warrant that delivered products are new, in their original box. Vendor shall confirm all products delivered were sourced through ExaGrid, all applicable laws and policies at the time of purchase. REQUIREMENT 1.) EX-30TB-S1 - 30 TB SINGLE SITE qty. 22.) EX-30TBSS3YR-MS-S - 3 YR. MAINTENANCE qty. 23.) EX-TWO SITE-INSTALL SERVICE qty. 24.) Shipping FOB destination Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. However, quotes received by December 30, 2008 will be reviewed. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the Governments discretion. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No formal solicitation shall be issued.
