Description
REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration is interested in leasing office and related space consisting of approximately 5,000 rentable square feet, which will yield approximately 4,348 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of Class A office space for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The space will be occupied by the National Archives and Records Administration. LEASE TERM: Five (5) years; Three (3) years firm term. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Office space must be contiguous and have potential for efficient layout. Space shall be located in a professional office setting. The Government requires a fully serviced lease including thirty-five (35) on-site parking spaces. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. Space shall not be located within a base (100-year) flood plain or wetland unless the Government has determined it to be the only practicable alternative. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Normal hours of operation for the agency are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and federal holidays). The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the following boundaries in Ft. Worth, Texas: North: University Drive & White Settlement Rd to N. Henderson St. to W. Belknap St. to Hwy. 35W. East: Hwy 35W South: Loop 820 West: Bryant Irvin Road to Camp Bowie Blvd. to University Drive EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN JANUARY 8, 2009 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1)Building name and address. 2)Legal description 3)One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. 3)Square footage offered. 4)Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5)Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted. 6)Evidence of authority to represent the owner.
