- The United States Army Corps of Engineers intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for two years (base year plus 1 option year) for Park Custodial Services at the United States Army Corps of Engineers Clinton Lake, located near Lawrence, KS. The contract requires service 6 days a week during the period of 1 April 2009 through 15 October 2009 at Cedar Ridge Park. The contractor will be responsible for cleaning one park with 97 campsites, a group camp, and a few boat ramp areas. The contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, fuel, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide custodial service for this federal property in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561720, Janitorial Services, and the Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 7349. The Small Business size standard is $15.0 million. This solicitation is restricted 100% for Small Business. Proposals will be accepted from all interested responsible and responsive parties.
