- Description
- The U. S. Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Hazard Management Inc, 1235 S Clark ST STE 1200 Arlington, VA 22202-3298. The contractor shall provide six (6) separate live chemical agent training exercises. Training includes agent detection, identification and decontamination techniques at contractor facility using government owned equipment. Contractor shall provide realist training scenarios utilizing chemical, biological, radiological agents in live agent environments. The contractor shall provide transportation of government owned equipment to remote location. Contractor shall provide attendees basic survival essentials while remotely located. This contractor, working through its parent, Allen Vanguard Corporation of Canada is currently the only provider given access to the DRDCs facility hence, the only prospect to receive these services from. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 611699 and the size standard is $7M million. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later that 4:30 PM, Eastern Daylight Time, January 8, 2009. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
