- This is a Sources Sought Notice. The purpose of this announcement is to identify firms that possess both the capability and experience to provide services that meet the Government's requirement. This Sources Sought Notice does not constitute a Request for Quote or Proposals (RFQ or RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does this issuance restrict the Government's acquisition approach. No solicitation currently exists; therefore, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. There is no assurance a solicitation will result from this notice. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized at FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov). It is the firm's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any synopsis or solicitation. The Great Plains Regional Contracting Office, U.S. Army Medical Command is seeking firms that possess the ability to provide clinical assessment and appropriate level of care support services for Fort Hood TRICARE Prime eligible beneficiaries. The Physician Consultation Services shall provide beneficiaries with a way to telephonically access physician services 24/7/365 for non-emergent medical advice and prescriptions. The physician(s) shall be a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy and must possess and maintain certification at all times. The physician(s) must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted license to practice medicine in a jurisdiction of the United States, in the state of Texas in which the beneficiary lives or is calling, and be able to obtain privileges at the MTF requiring the services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621111, Office of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists. The small business size standard is $12.5M. A narrative detailing your firm's experience and capabilities (both technical and geographic), not to exceed five (5) pages, is also requested. In addition, please provide a list of customers (Government/non-Government) within the past five (5) years highlighting similar work performed.
