- Description
- The 700th Contracting Squadron, United States Air Forces in Europe, Ramstein AB, Germany, intends to award a firm-fixed-price type contract for custodial services on behalf of Tricare-Europe Office Sembach. The proposed contract will contain a basic period of twelve (12) months and four (4) subsequent twelve (12) month option periods. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, supervision, management and other items and services necessary to perform custodial services in Sembach, Germany. The contractor shall develop and maintain a quality control plan to ensure services are performed in accordance with commercial standards, the cleaning schedule, the Statement of Work, and all local and Host Nation rules and regulations. The contractor shall develop and implement procedures to identify, prevent, and ensure non-recurrence of defective services. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561720 and Standard Industry Classification (SIC) Code is 7349. This is an unrestricted procurement. Offerors are responsible for obtaining any further information from this website. Questions related to this project shall be submitted in writing. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the website frequently for any updates/amendments. Any offer submitted by a responsible offeror will be evaluated on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis. Only CCR registered companies will be eligible for award. Award will be made on an "all or none basis".
