- Description
- Under a one-year, performance-based contract with an implementation time-frame of one year, the contractor will develop and implement a training program for approximately 150 State Attorneys of the Department of Public Prosecution for the Government of United Republic of Tanzania. For some of the modules identified, only the supervisors will attend the training modules pertaining to supervisory skills and financial management. The program will have six modules. In order to reach all 150 State Attorneys and class sizes of roughly 30 persons or less, some of the modules may be delivered four or five times during the period of performance specified below. The modules are as follows: 1. Supervisory & Mentoring Skills 2. Managing Up and Leadership Skills 3. Financial Management 4. Modern Criminal Prosecution Skills 5. Emerging Trends in Financial Crimes 6. Program on Fighting Corruption 7. Master Trainer Preparation
