- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATIONFA8604-09-R-7005 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and FAR incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DCN 20080423. This solicitation incorporates by reference the following FAR and DFAR clauses: 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-04, 52.212-05, 252.211-7003, 252-212-7001 and 252.232-7010. The NAIC Code is 334119.This requirement is for Non-personal services to provide Satellite Tool Kit (STK) software support and maintenance renewal for the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). This service provides support for the STK Pro with 3-D Advanced Visualization and AGI Earth Imagery options, STK/Connect, STK/Coverage module, STK/Conjunction Analysis Tool, STK/Missile Flight Tool, STK/Communications Module, MMT Bundle, STK/Chains module, STK Author, STK/X Add-on module, STK/Geographic Information System module, STK/Distributed Interactive Simulation module, STK MATLAB Interface, STK/Terrain Module, and STK/High Resolution Maps.Government is looking for the best value provided by contractor. Prices can be submitted as Open Market, GSA or using any other vehicle.Prices shall be provided for the following CLINs listed below: SEE THE ATTACHED DESCRIPTION ITEMS FOR QUOTE Ship to: NASIC/SCXA (REF# SCXA 09-002, ATTN: N.
