- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Sabre Systems, Inc. 65 West Street Road, Suite A-200 Warminster, PA for programmatic, logistics, and engineering to the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) in the subject matter area of ALRE, EAF, and SE. It is intended to award an order under Seaport contract N00178-05-D-4546. The Government intends to procure the above services under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government has fulfilled the ceiling under the current order issued to Sabre Systems. The bridge is needed to cover the period of time for continuity of services until the competitive Seaport Task Order is awarded in 2nd Quarter 2009. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
