- The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) intends to award a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Appian Corporation for requirements for the operation, maintenance and support, to include comprehensive warranty service; patches and upgrades; application maintenance; licensing; help desk and troubleshooting; and content management associated with custom-designed of the Enterprise Procurement Portal (eP2) application. Appian Corporation is the developer and maintainer of the eP2 used in support of the Program Manager, Acquisition Center for Support Services (PM ACSS). Appain owns all proprietary data of eP2 and is the only contractor with the requisite knowledge and expertise to perform this effort. The ceiling value of the BPA is $3 million.
