- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is an intention for sole source to Psychological Assessment Resources, Inc. Offers shall be evaluated based on the factors contained in the solicitation and award will be made based on the offer which is most advantageous to the Government (i.e. best value). The solicitation document and incorporate provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-28 (12 Dec 2008) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement change notice 20081218. It is the offeror's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. The requirement is for the following: 1 Each: PAI-SP (20 Use License), Item #: 6379-CP; 25 Each: PAI-SP (v2.3) PAI 50 uses, Item #: 5456-CP; 5 Each: PAI Manual, 2nd Ed., Item #: 5966-TM. Please include shipping with the quote. The destination for this item is Brooks City-Base, TX 78235. The period of performance for this action is 90 days ARO. The NAICS Code is 511199; size standard is 500 employees. The type contract anticipated is firm-fixed price. This procurement is to be processed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in conjunction with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and is not expected to exceed the Simplified Acquisition threshold of $100,000.
