Description

This sources sought notice is issued for the purpose of identifying sources that can provide MK-75 76MM Depot Level Overhaul Support Services at US Coast Guard YARD, Baltimore, MD for the period of five years (Base and four one year options). The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) Code is 332995 and the size standard is 500. The draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is below for your review. After reviewing this synopsis and the accompanying PWS, sources interested in submitting a proposal for these services shall provide the contracting office a statement of capabilities. The capabilities sttement shall address the training and experience of the working manager and MK-75 76MM overhaul specialist. This statement shall not exceed 5 pages in length and shall include the following: name and address of firm; size/ownership of business, number of years in business; two points of contract, title, phone and/or fax number, email; DUNS number (if available; affiliate information-parent corporation, joint venture partners, potential teaming partners, prime contractor (if potential sub) or subcontractors (if potential prime)); indicate ability to satisfy the Government’s requirement as stated in the draft PWS. Responses to this notice and questions and/or comments on the draft PWS shall be submitted to Kathy Brown at Kathryn.E.Brown@uscg.mil no later than 12pm EST on16 Janaury 2009. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. The Government does not intend to pay for the information solicited. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above.
