- The Office of Naval Research intends to expand contract N00014-03-C-0413 with Advanced Technology Institute by $12,804,193 from $90,582,884.75 to $103,387,077.75. The purpose of the expansion is to complete existing research under the current contract for the Manufacturing Technology (ManTech) Shipbuilding Technology Center of Excellence. The solicitation for the follow-on contract, N00014-09-R-0004, closed on December 22, 2008.
