- UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries intends to negotiate a sole source agreement with Bradbury Company Inc., 1200 E. Cole, Moundridge, KS 67107 for Roll Former Tool with all parts. This Roll Former Tool is especially designed and is unique to the existing Bradbury Roll Former Machine. The above referenced contractor holds the copyright for this item. This is not a request for proposals. Bradbury Company, Inc. is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required item. A justification for other than full and open competition is on file. No solicitation documents are available and requests for such will not be acknowledged. The determination not to open competition is solely within the discretion of the Government in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no Other supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. No telephone inquires will be accepted. It is anticipated that a sole source contract will be awarded as specified in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Par 13. There will not be a solicitation for this requirement. This posting is for less than thirty days, due to the long manufacturing lead time and the tool is mission essential to production. The award for this requirement will be made not later than January 15, 2008.
