- Description
- The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacificintends to issue a solicitation to provide program management support,system engineering, requirements definition, system design, softwareengineering, integration, testing, system support, help desk services and lifecycle maintenance of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)National Continuity Programs (NCP) software. This effort also provides forsystem engineering, software development, security architecture design,security service development and integration, to facilitate access to serviceandagency data sources, modules and methodologies that are essential tomeeting the objectives of FEMA NCP. The estimated level of effort will be approximately 100,000 hours per year. Anindefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract with acost-plus-fixed-feepricing arrangement, a one year base period, and four option years isanticipated. The Government anticipates making multiple awards pursuant tothe criteria in the RFP. Additional information will be available on theSPAWARe-commerce web site under "future opportunities" as it becomes available. NOSOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME. It is currently anticipated thatSolicitationN66001-09-R-0051 regarding this requirement will be released on or aboutFebruary 2, 2009. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments resultingfrom this announcement will be available to interested parties via the SPAWARE-Commerce Central web site at https://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil,under "Business Opportunities", "SSC SAN DIEGO", "Open Solicitations." Thesolicitation will only be available electronically at this web site. Hardcopies ofthe solicitation will not be available. It is the responsibility of interestedpartiesto periodically monitor the SPAWAR E-Commerce page for updates and newlistings.
