Description
U.S. Government Seeks Sources for Leasing Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms Yuma, AZ GS-09B-02319 AMOUNT: The General Services Administration (GSA) desires to lease approximately 1,703 rentable square feet of office and related space yielding a minimum of 1,481 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) (previously usable) square feet to a maximum of 1,555 ABOA. The offered building should include the ability to provide a combination of office and general storage. The lease must also provide for 5 reserved parking spaces. TENANT: Alcohol Tobacco Firearms LOCATION: The area of consideration is in Yuma, AZ within the area bounded by the North: 22 nd Street; South: 24 th Street; East: 14 th Ave/ Elks Lane; West: East Main Canal REQUIRED: The space must be in an office building located on the second floor and section of the city that is professional and prestigious in appearance, well-maintained and of modern design and/or tastefully rehabilitated to modern use with access to public transportation. The tenant is the Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms. The space must meet or be capable of being altered to meet the Government's requirements for ADA compliance, and seismic safety. Offers for new construction will require the building to be set-back from the street. There should be, as determined by the GSA Contracting Officer, adequate public parking, public transportation, eating facilities, and other services such as retail shops, banks, and cleaners in the area. Any information regarding topography or other influences unique to the site that may affect the layout of the proposed space. 6. Incentives and inducements such as tenant improvement allowances, lessor provided improvements, parking, etc. 7. Evidence the property is in the delineated area. 8. Statement indicating the owner's permission for their representation. 9. Potential sites that are located on Loopnet, CoStar, or equivalent will not be accepted without the information in the numbered items above.
