- The solicitation for this requirement has been posted at the following URL: http://ideasec.nbc.gov/j2ee/login.jsp Upon visiting this URL, vendors are to search for solicitation #701819B100 in the "Document Quick Search" block to view the announcement, solicitation, and all amendments up to and including the date of award. Full specifications can be viewed by clicking on the solicitation or each amendement number, and then clicking on "clauses and attachments". Please note, this will be a design/supply contract, with pre-fabrication supplied by the awarded vendor. Physical construction will be performed by the Government utilizing government personnel. Additionally, the bid opening date has been extended to read January 29, 2009 at 2:00pm as listed within amendement number two. No other changes.
