- Treasure Island Job Corps Center is soliciting bids for a Preventative Maintenance and Repair services contract for HVAC equipment located in various buildings on Treasure Island, San Francisco, CA. The successful bidder will provide this service for a period of one (1) year with option to extend for another four years, renewable every year. This option is at the Center’s discretion to exercise. The period of performance for these services shall commence on 2/1/09. Contract period 2/1/09 to1/31/10 Annual_____________Monthly________ Contract period 2/1/10 to1/31/11 Annual_____________Monthly________ Contract period 2/1/11 to1/31/12 Annual_____________Monthly________ Contract period 2/1/12 to1/31/13 Annual_____________Monthly________ A mandatory JOB WALK is scheduled for January 5, 2009 at 2:00 pm with Ed Thomsen, Maintenance Supervisor. Meeting place is at the lobby of 655 H Avenue, Harvey Milk Admin Bldg, Treasure Island San Francisco CA 94130 All interested parties will submit their bid no later than January 8, 2009 by email or fax the contact persons indicated below. All bids must comply with the Davis Bacon Act/Wage Determination process. The Treasure Island Job Corps Center reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any or all informalities.
